Police in the Northern Marianas are investigating a double homicide on Saipan after the discovery of two bodies.

A Department of Public Safety spokesman, Jason Tarkong, says police have no suspect or suspects at this time and no arrests have been made.

Sources say one of the victims had been shot in the head, and the other strangled.

Police were first alerted to the case when the dead couple’s 6 year old son was not picked up from school last Thursday afternoon.
