A fundraising appeal is underway in the Cook Islands for four families who have lost their homes in house fires in the past 3 weeks.
One of the organisers, Myland Lane, who had previously lived in one of the houses, says she wanted to give something back.
At least 3 of the fires are being treated as suspicious.
Cook Islands police said last week they were working through a list of suspects.
