Authorities in the Northern Marianas have identified the lone fatality in Monday’s plane crash as Lu Wei Lian, a 37-year-old female tourist from Shanghai in China.

Six other people were hurt in the crash.

The pilot has been airlifted to Manila for medical treatment while four other Chinese tourists are still confined to the Commonwealth Health Center.

A Filipino man was discharged earlier this week.

The aircraft was returning to Saipan from Tinian when it crashed.
