Lancaster to make second bid for American Samoa seat in DC

Fualaau Rosie Tago Lancaster is making a second bid to become American Samoa’s delegate to the United States Congress.

She has announced her intention to campaign for the congressional seat in the November elections.

Tago Lancaster says education, healthcare and economic development need dramatic improvement.

She says as her platform issues are Veterans affairs, youth leadership and resolution of Manu’a’s transportation and communication problems.
