BlueSky Communications in American Samoa has announced the appointment of Puleleiite Liamatua Tufele as Chief Technology Officer.
Tufele has been with BlueSky since it opened in July 1999, but at the last general election was elected as a representative of the Su’a Number One District, and now chairs the Communications and Retirement committees.
Meanwhile Carlos Abreu, former general manager of a telecommunication firm in Puerto Rico, has been appointed chief operating officer for Blue Sky.
