Fiji disabled athletes do well in Arafura Games

Disabled Fijian Athletes have produced good performances in the men’s high jump to grab a gold and a silver medal at the Arafura Games in Darwin.

Amputee Ili esa Delana cleared 1.73 metres and has picked up Fiji’s second gold medal and also qualified in the high jump for the Beijing Paralympics.

Sakiusa Rabuli won the silver medal

Fiji’s Ranjesh Prakash was placed fifth in the 100-metres but won theOceania bronze medal in his disability class
